BTC got rejected from the $42,500 level and once again dipped below $40k. But the good thing is that we get a daily close above $40k. As long as BTC holds the $39k-$40k level in the daily chart , it looks good to me.

According to this 4-hour chart, after breaking out of the falling wedge-like structure BTC comes for a retest. Bouncing from the green zone after touching it. I’m expecting a good bounce from here and again it is going to test the $42k resistance.

Invalidation Level:- If any 4-our candle closes below $38,500
