We would like to share with you the latest developments and news about BCdiploma, its framework, EvidenZ, and its BCDT token. This is an opportunity for the whole team to thank you once again for your support and to encourage crypto enthusiasts to discover our ecosystem!
Blockchain Certified Data is a start-up developing an innovative B2B solution for blockchain-based data certification. We are creating the new global certification standard, with the first use case dedicated to diplomas certification: BCdiploma. The application is online and used by several customers (schools, colleges, universities and companies). Our goal: allowing each individual, company or government to prove the authenticity of their data in a single click, thanks to Blockchain technology and our framework: EvidenZ.
S2 2019 is dedicated to business development, in France and all around the world. A strategic goal: acquiring more and more users and publishing more and more certificates.

Currently, 40 BCdiploma clients are registered in the EvidenZ smart contract. Spread over 4 continents and 9 countries, we are undoubtedly the blockchain service using smart contracts with the most academic users in the world.
- 2 of the most prestigious French Business Schools published their diplomas on the blockchain using BCdiploma: ESCP Europe and emlyon business school.
- Also, Alyra, the Blockchain school certified its first class with BCdiploma!
- Fundraising: in May 2019, BCdiploma raised €1.2M from a pool of investors composed of Investessor, Cèdre Ventures, Leonis VC and with the support of BPI France. Its goal: to accelerate international development in the upcoming months.
We were invited to the IDNeuf 4 event in Bucharest, Romania, which brought together academic stakeholders from all over the world has been a great success. This meeting strengthens our partnership with AUF and allows us to accelerate our development on the international French-speaking market.
We also attended and partnered with the Blockchain, Open Education & Digital Citizenship Conference organized by the University of Lille & the Commonwealth Centre for Connected Learning, at the end of May, where we have introduced the solution through pitchs and workshops.
Since May, many development projects were completed:
- Advanced integration with social networks and LinkedIn
- WCAG 2.1 compliance
- Storage of encryption keys in HSM
