Another potential sell on #BTC

I am watching this level. Some serious manipulation is taking place right in this zone. Price shot up and then drop below as if they are taking out buyers and sellers at the same time. So I am thinking, they pumped up to stop sellers and entice buyers and then dump to take out the buyers and trigger the sell limit order. Price then rebound to stop out those sellers. Confused right? I know. So not sure where it is going from here. Its a wait and see situation.
