On the ADA chart, you can distinguish the trend line and the big value area. At the moment, the trend line acts as resistance. Price has tested this resistance many times. With each test the resistance becomes weaker. And it means that a breakout might occur soon. Additionally, it can be noted that during the fall there was volume at the bottom. It is a positive signal.

In the case of squeezing and breakout there can be a good opportunity to buy.
