BTC will very likely come up to $40k again and retest this resistance.

Even though it is very cooled off demand is low and long term holders are selling according to Willy Woo via Glassnode.

Long wicks on top of these four hour candles display the repeated rejection even during the strongest of buy periods.

I have used vertical lines to display how deadly accurate the RSI histrogram has been as a signal. Especially when it sits right on it.
