4 hour falling wedge and bullish divergence

Looking at the chart unbiased, the chart is showing a clear falling wedge with bullish divergence on all my indicators. Sentiment is completely bearish and we have a fomc meeting tomorrow around 1pm est.

I would be looking to take a long position here. Conditions are right for a bullish reversal.
