As you can see on the WEEKLY timeframe for Ocean/USDT ,Since recording an ATH about $1.93 it has been declining and by printing lower highs and higher lows it was in consolidation phased in a supposed symmetrical triangle. today its is trading on a major pivot zone and under 100EMA . so if it want to continue its uptrend it should be able to maintain current level and also go above the higher EMAS and then in order to have bullish movement it should break out the higher trend line to reach higher target , but if loses the pivot zone if breakout downward it can even fall upon the lower support levels .
